My Journey & Philosophy

Connection

What do you need to do to connect with yourself? To find peace, accept yourself, and be completely authentic? A few years ago, I began searching for answers driven by my own inner turmoil.

Yet, this quest presents a strange contradiction: how do you find something that has been within you all along? Something you carry with you, yet often lies hidden beneath layers of pain, restlessness, fear, and insecurity?

Discovery

Over the years, my inner unrest has built layers over my true self. I shielded myself, hesitated to reveal my true self, and constantly questioned my worth. I felt lost until I reached a breaking point. I became aware that it was time for a change, but I had no idea what I truly needed.

I began with therapy and started my journey toward conscious living. Subsequently, I pursued deeper training in breathing and body work. I discovered the way to put a warm blanket over yourself - a warm layer that covers your innermost core - rather than the hard layers of insecurity, pain, or blockages.

Through a pure form of self-care, I found safety, protection, and also a sense of wonder. The deeper I delved into these sessions and trainings, the more peace I experienced. Gradually, as I learned more, I found myself again in a place where I had always belonged.

Close

I find a sense of home in music, sounds, and sound.Music is the common thread throughout everything I do,both directly and indirectly. For me, music transcends mere listening or hearing;

I feel it and nourish it with the power of sounds,vibrations, oxygen, and intuition. Music is always close by and is an integral part of every session I conduct.

Methodology

In my journey toward a life filled with harmony and fulfillment, music has been my loyal companion and remains my favorite form of self-expression. In the meantime, I have developed a methodology for working with the body and breath.

Music is key and takes a central place in all the sessions I facilitate. For example, music can enhance breath sessions by allowing deeper layers to be accessed, while sounds in a sound journey serve to open the body and connect different parts.

Antara

Antara is the power to stay soft and step into your power from a place of softness. My golden ratio of body work, breathwork, and consciousness, combined with my connection to music and sound, has brought me into harmony with myself and the world around me. From this connection, Antara has emerged to foster connections with others, thereby expanding our minds, consciousness and relationships.

Antara is more than a place, a session, or a training. It is an invitation to start a journey together, with music as our guide, toward a deeper and more fulfilling life. It is an opportunity to experience softness in this busy world and to be a deeply rooted and expansive human being.
