A one-of-a-kind immersive experience designed to release stress, harmonize your body, and reconnect with your inner self. Through a blend of meditation, intuitive movement, and the power of sound, you'll be gently guided to let go of tension and align with your true needs.
You are welcomed to a warm space, where you can settle down. In a peaceful and quiet setting, you may let go of the tension carrying within. In the fast pace of daily life, it’s easy to lose touch with ourselves, our surroundings, and the present moment. During the opening phase of the sound journey, we focus on slowing down and finding stillness. By consciously taking a moment to pause, you disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with a deep sense of calm within.
The ancient practice of smudging, using sage, has been cherished across cultures for its ability to purify both physical and energetic spaces. As the fragrant smoke rises, it symbolizes the release of what no longer serves you and invites fresh positive energy. Once this cleansing ritual is complete, you’ll enter the serene space and choose your personal spot to begin your sound journey.
With a short meditation, paired with gentle, intuitive movements, you reconnect with your body and clear away distractions. This process invites you to relax deeply, both physically and mentally, and be fully present in the moment. Together, we’ll set an intention that resonates with your current needs: whether that’s letting something go, embracing something new, or nurturing a heartfelt wish. From your mat, you’ll be immersed in the rich tones of Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, shruti, monolina, didgeridoos, drums, and other percussion instruments. These harmonious vibrations create a safe and deeply meditative space, encouraging the release of tension and dissolving blockages.
The sound journey is a transformative experience, where music becomes your guide. It’s a space for connection and exploration, free of expectations or pressure. You may find yourself entering a deep meditative state, feeling powerful emotions, or experiencing vivid visualizations. Whatever arises is welcome. Everything is accepted, everything is embraced.
Throughout the session, facilitators and space holders will be present to ensure a warm, supportive and contained environment.
An Antara Sound Journey lasts an entire afternoon and evening. Plenty of time is dedicated to exploring the various aspects of sound, along with the quiet pauses in between. This allows the sounds to work on deeper levels. Bring yourself, a comfortable mat, a warm blanket, and a pillow. The experience is set up as a lying-down concert.
We conclude the journey with a sharing circle, offering a safe and welcoming space to reflect and share your experiences. Afterwards, we’ll enjoy a healthy vegetarian meal accompanied by tea and fresh drinks.

A three-day immersive journey into movement, bodywork, sound, and wellbeing. Created as a space to step away from daily life, it invites you to give yourself three full days of presence and rest.
Through breathwork, sound journeys, and gentle bodywork, we open a somatic exploration that helps you slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with what the body remembers. Gongs, singing bowls, voice, and mindful movement guide you into stillness and silence, while nourishing plant-based meals and the peaceful nature of Koningsteen offer the ground to arrive fully.
Just three days completely for yourself — to breathe deeper, reset, and return home to yourself.
